Tammy Martin oversees the legal operations of Castellum and serves as the primary legal advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. She works proactively to identify and mitigate legal risks across all departments, including employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. She reviews all key legal documents, including the Company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Also serving as Castellum’s corporate Secretary, she advises on fiduciary duties and manages Castellum's relationships with outside legal firms. Ms. Martin previously served as Senior Counsel to Castellum.

Ms. Martin has more than fifteen years of specialized experience serving as general counsel for publicly traded and privately held companies in the technology, telecommunications, and consulting sectors, serving as an advisor to C-suite level executive teams, as well as members of the board of directors. Ms. Martin received her Juris Doctor degree from the Cleveland State University College of Law and her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University. Ms. Martin is a member of the Ohio state bar.
