VP of NAVSEA/NAVAIR

Jim Morton is the Vice President of NAVSEA/NAVAIR and CEO of the Global Technology and Management Resources Inc. (GTMR) subsidary responsible for growing Castellum's Navy Division. Before joining Castellum he was President and CEO of GTMR, growing from 22 teammates to over 80 professionals in the C4ISR field providing world class engineering, logistics, installation, and publications work to its many customers. He is experienced in all facets of corporate operations and business development, brought GTMR its first Prime Contract, 5-year contract valued at over $83 Million Dollars, as well as numerous subcontracts that contributed to GTMR’s growth. Mr. Morton has excellent communication and leadership abilities with a proven capacity to mentor and lead teams.

Prior to GTMR Mr. Morton served in the World’s Greatest Navy, having 20 years of distinguished service, retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. He spent numerous tours flying and updating C4ISR platforms as an enlisted aircrew/avionics technician around the world.
