Fred Dixon
VP of Army Division
Fred Dixon is Vice President of Castellum’s Army Division and its Corvus Consulting, LLC subsidiary. He is responsible for leading the company’s support to Army, Joint, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) organizations, including strategy and policy development, planning, and technical support for information-related capabilities.
Mr. Dixon retired from the U.S. Army in 2021 after 33 years of active-duty service in both enlisted and commissioned ranks, serving in multiple fields related to information. He retired as a Colonel and subsequently supported Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) information advantage development efforts as a contractor before joining Castellum in his current leadership role.
Mr. Dixon graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor’s degree in Russian and Eastern European Studies. He also holds master’s degrees in Strategic Intelligence and National Resource Strategy.
