VP of NAWCAD/Lakehurst

Mr. Swigon oversees the successful execution of contract services for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Lakehurst, as well as State and Local government services. He is also responsible for growing Castellum's Navy Division. Mr. Swigon brings over 35 years of experience developing highly complex custom software solutions for industry and government with more than 20 years focused on Department of Defense contracting. Mr. Swigon works closely with Navy and senior Castellum leadership to provide world class support to the Naval enterprise.

His previous experience includes providing management, strategic planning, and analysis expertise supporting Federal agencies and Department of Defense critical customer initiatives. Prior to transitioning to his current role, Mr. Swigon provided Science and Technology support to NAWCAD, actively engaging with his Naval customers providing technical strategy, vision, and transition pathways of new technologies for Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE), Flight Operations Management, and Naval Aviation Support Equipment (SE). Mr. Swigon is a graduate from Stockton University holding a B.S. in Information and Systems Sciences.
