SVP of Operations

Bill Cabey is Senior Vice President of Operations at Castellum, Inc., with his primary focus on supporting Castellum's Operations and Business Development units. Mr. Cabey joined Castellum through its merger with Specialty Systems, Inc. in 2021. Over the course of a 42 year career at Specialty Systems, Mr. Cabey's primary areas of responsibility comprised leading the delivery of highly complex technical services and solutions to clients across Federal/State/Local Government and Commercial markets along with performing business development and capture in these same markets.

Mr. Cabey led the company through multiple business transformations, starting with its roots in the implementation and customization of general business software applications, to the company’s position as the foremost contractor support services provider at NAWCAD Lakehurst. Mr. Cabey is proficient at identifying opportunities, defining goals and objectives, developing game plans, motivating teams, building strong client relationships and achieving success.

Mr. Cabey graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business Administration. Mr. Cabey also possesses a Graduate Certificate in E-Commerce from Rutgers University.
