VP of Program Execution and Support

April Tsirigotis is the Vice President of Program Execution and Support at Castellum, Inc., with its primary focus supporting Castellum's Operations, Finance, and Business Development units. Ms. Tsirigotis has over 25 years supporting Defense Contractors in various Finance and Contract Management leadership roles in both small and large companies. Prior to joining Castellum, she served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business where she led the company to the award of its largest Prime Contract valued at over $84M, organized a successful business sale and then managed the company's integration into its new parent company.

Ms. Tsirigotis is a Leadership Southern Maryland graduate and is active in several community organizations including the Patuxent Partnership where she currently serves as Treasurer.

Ms. Tsirigotis has a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Master’s Degrees in both Business Management and Data Analytics.
